1. Promotion of Fair and Equitable Transactions
We will provide open competitive opportunities for all suppliers, both domestic and international, and select business partners fairly and equitably based on reasonable criteria, such as quality, price, delivery, stable supply, and reliability.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
In procurement activities, we will not undertake transactions that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or result in conflicts of interest, and we will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, such as the ’Act against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, Etc. to Subcontractors’, antitrust laws, and personal information protection laws.
3. Elimination of Inappropriate Benefits
We will not offer or receive inappropriate benefits from any suppliers, nor maintain private interests with any suppliers.
4. Severance with Antisocial Forces
We will not engage in any transactions with ’Anti-Social’ forces (defined as groups/individuals who commit illegal activities on a continuous basis) or any suppliers related to antisocial forces.
5. Promotion of Sustainable Procurement
We will promote to procure environmentally friendly products and services in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve energy efficiency throughout our supply chain.
6. Respect for Human Rights
We place a high value on respect for human rights throughout our supply chain, and we will promote procurement activities that eliminate all human rights violations, including forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, harassment, and discrimination, in accordance with the PERSOL Group Human Rights Policy.
7. Building Partnerships
We place high value on close communication with all suppliers, and we will make every effort to deepen mutual understanding and build trustful relationships.
