With the Group Vision "Work and Smile," the PERSOL Group strives to remain a corporate group that earns long-term trust and creates lasting value for its stakeholders. To achieve this, we must create both social and economic value by addressing diverse societal challenges through our services, regarding sustainability as a core management priority supporting this mission.
Under this framework, we have identified key materiality issues essential for advancing sustainability and embedded them directly into our strategy and medium-term planning. In conjunction with our "Medium-Term Management Plan FY2028," we updated these issues to reflect evolving business environments and societal needs, establishing seven key focus areas.
Moving forward, we will execute our medium-term strategy and materiality goals in tandem, implementing sustainability management tightly aligned with our business, financial, HR, technology, and risk management strategies. We will also actively share our progress and results through continuous stakeholder engagement and disclosures.
To secure sustainable growth for the next 100 to 200 years, the executive leadership remains committed to crafting a clear value-creation narrative and continuously elevating our sustainability management to drive both long-term corporate and social value.
