When using AI, it is based on the idea of a “human-centric approach,” and we responsibly determine what tasks should be done by humans and what can be entrusted to AI. In addition, we strive to respect and understand individual values that cannot be read by AI, such as each person's passion and beliefs, aiming to find diverse work and learning opportunities and to realize an inclusive society.

Through this policy, we are committed to providing services that exceed your expectations using AI and contributing to building a sustainable and equitable society.

In the development, provision, and use of AI-based services, we will pay attention to bias and use reasonable efforts to ensure that AI output does not create discriminatory or unjust impacts across different demographic lines (e.g. race, sex, etc) and the human decisions based on it. To achieve this, we will foster dialogue with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and fields to recognize and address unintentional biases. If any unintentional biases cannot be reasonably eliminated, we will determine whether they are acceptable from the perspective of respecting diverse cultures and human rights.
