Towards a better future of work for every individual

How is work related to people’s subjective perspective of wellbeing?
We are conducting research and studies over the world to understand the relationship between work and people’s wellbeing.
Based on the results, we will design the future of work contributes to people’s wellbeing.
Since 2020, we have worked with the Well-being for Planet Earth Foundation and Gallup, Inc. to launch workplace wellbeing survey in close to 150 countries and regions through Gallup World Poll *.
The results of the survey will be shared every year and the detailed data will be made available on this site.

— The PERSOL Group

* Gallup World Poll is the world’s largest public opinion poll conducted annually by Gallup, Inc. in the United States since 2005. Approximately 1,000 people aged 15 or older are surveyed per country in close to 150 countries and regions, which represent 99% of the world’s population. (However, in 2021, it will be limited to 122 countries and regions due to the effects of COVID-19.) The United Nations SDGs and the World Happiness Report are based on data from this report.
