Directors to return part of their compensation voluntarily
We have recorded extraordinary losses of approx. 14 billion yen for the second quarter of FY2019, ended December 31, 2019, due to losses from the Staffing business of Programmed Maintenance Services Limited, Australia, that we acquired in October 2017 and the Marine business of its joint-venture company with Atlas Professionals, a Dutch company.In the light of this event, we have determined to return part of our directors’ compensation as follows.
– Masamichi Mizuta, Representative Director, President & CEO
50% of monthly compensation for one month– Hirotoshi Takahashi, Director, Deputy President and COO
30% of monthly compensation for one month– Kiyoshi Seki, Director & Executive Officer (CFO)
