The Business Structure Change and the New Management Structure
We hereby announce that at the board meeting today, our business structure change and new management structure to go into effect on April 1, 2020 were approved as follows.

1.Business structure change
To speed up management decisions while ensuring a fuller governance system, we will shift our business to an SBU-based (Strategic Business Unit) structure. With five SBUs -namely, Staffing, Career, Professional Outsourcing, Solution, and Asia Pacific- we will strive to maximize our business value.
* The group structure that will go into effect on April 1, 2020
*1 Tempstaff Forum Co., Ltd., *2 e-staffing Co., Ltd. and *3 Benesse i-Career Co., Ltd. are not consolidated companies.
* Major consolidated subsidiaries and associates are listed.
* PERSOL Professional Outsourcing Co., Ltd. will be established as a core company for the Professional Outsourcing SBU.
* POS+ (POSTAS), the solution service for stores that has operated at PERSOL PROCESS & TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., will be spin off. On April 1, it will become part of the Solution SBU as POSTAS CO., LTD.2.New management structure
