    Origin of the brand name

    “PERSOL” is a word coined to express our aim to solve (SOLUTION) social problems through the growth of people (PERSON).
    “PERSOL” expresses our aspiration to support the growth of working people and create a bright future.

    Brand Symbol

    Symbol

    Our new Brand Symbol uses the "P" of "PERSOL" as a motif.
    This symbol can also be seen as the viewfinder of a camera, expressing our focus on one working individual at a time,
    with an eye on that individual’s future.

    Color

    The main color of the symbol is “PERSOL Gray.”
    This color expresses the wide scale and variety of this Group's dynamic operations, which are changing our society.
    It also expresses the intelligence of our highly expert staff that creates innovative solutions.
    We chose this neutral gray color because it symbolizes our desire to be a brand that brings together all types of people and organizations to bring out the best in both.
