Today, the 15th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PERSOL HOLDINGS CO., LTD. adopted the proposal to appoint the below mentioned directors. Thereafter, the Board of Directors meeting adopted the below proposal of the new management structure effective July 1, 2023.
