The comprehensive personnel service provider PERSOL HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (based in Minato-ku Tokyo; President and CEO: Takao Wada) to invest in Anifie Inc.（based in Irvine, California, U.S.A.; CEO： Yohei Iwasaki、hereinafter “Anifie”）, an NFT Metaverse startup, helping enterprises develop white label metaverse space and NFT contents to realize new business opportunities to creators and enterprises. The investment was made via PERSOL VENTURE PARTNERS LLC (based in Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takeyuki Kato, former “PERSOL INNOVATION FUND LLC”), who leads the group in investment to create new businesses and services through open innovation.

Anifie helps creators and enterprises develop their own metaverse space and module based NFTs which can be attached with 3D avatars as skins or collectibles. It enables to create valuable digital IP contents at scale. Anifie was founded by Japanese serial entrepreneur, Yohei Iwasaki, teaming up with John Oetjen, Grammy winning producer, and Patrick Woodland, renowned composer for film and TV such as ‘Sex and the City’
