Through the Japan Center for Engagement and Remedy on Business and Human Rights (JaCER), we accept reports of grievances concerning human rights issues related to the PERSOL Group’s business activities, primarily from suppliers and other related parties.
To facilitate a prompt and smooth response, PERSOL Group employees, temporary staff, job seekers, and users of our services are asked to use the dedicated consultation or inquiry channels provided by the relevant Group company or service.
