PERSOL HOLDINGS to Invest in Wiffy

(based in Minato-ku Tokyo; President and CEO: Takao Wada, hereinafter “PERSOL”) to invest in Installco Wify Technologies Pvt Ltd.（based in India; CEO：Vikram Sharma, hereinafter “Wiffy”）, an on-site installation and after sales services business. The investment was made via PERSOL VENTURE PARTNERS LLC.

Overview of Wiffy

Wiffy is an India-based company building a new category of outsourced services through a skilled workforce development model. As urbanization and rising consumption drive strong demand for installation, repair, and after-sales services, Wiffy addresses the shortage of trained talent by recruiting, training, and deploying technicians through a combination of in-house development and a broader network. The company partners with 100+ leading brands, has served over 1 million homes, and operates across 90+ cities in India spanning 10+ service categories. Wiffy is uniquely positioned to scale alongside India’s expanding consumer economy through its B2B2C model, where service demand directly tracks product consumption.
