Mid-term Management Strategy
Since its founding, the PERSOL Group’s mission has been to create a flexible labor market that responds to economic changes and societal needs and adapts to a changing environment. We seek to contribute to society by devoting ourselves to the development of new styles of employment and new ways of working.
As a roadmap for this mission, we have created a Mid-term Management Strategy that extends to the fiscal year ending March 2020. By implementing this plan, we will work to achieve our new Group vision of creating social infrastructure for people and organizations that catalyze growth and innovation.

① Enhancing Awareness of the PERSOL Group
We aim to enhance awareness of our Group by leveraging our Group’s new Corporate Brand. Growing each of our business domains and working to ensure that they inspire trust and hope will help heighten awareness as we strive to develop working styles tailored to each job seeker’s circumstances.
② Investing in IT Systems and Enhancing Productivity for Further Business Growth
We will actively invest in our websites and other interfaces and in security in order to bolster our competitive edge in terms of convenience and safety. Furthermore, we will invest in core IT systems in each of our businesses and take measures to improve and standardize our business processes in order to make our operations more efficient and more productive.
③ Creating Group Synergies and Promoting Group Management
By offering a full line of services and enhancing operational ties in the staffing services market, we will help job seekers grow via employment opportunities and help client companies overcome business challenges by providing them with the human resources they need. At the same time, we will also bolster our segment functions and exercise agility in the execution of our strategies in order to cope with the rapidly evolving business landscape.
④ Enhancing Our Presence in the Asia-Pacific Region
Through our joint venture with Kelly Services, Inc., we will construct a new management structure based around one regional headquarters in North Asia and another in South Asia. We will accelerate business growth, bolster our competitiveness, and enhance our presence in the global market by providing a global one-stop service to client companies and by penetrating growth markets.
⑤ Strengthening Business Platform and Expanding Service Domains through M&A
By developing new businesses and proactively engaging in M&A activity with an eye to better meeting the needs of client companies, job seekers, and users, we will expand and enhance our business platform with the aim of growing in each of our business domains.
